Quality Control is simply the number one priority at Rolex Reclaim Pvt. Ltd. initiating right from procurement of raw material till the delivery of consignment. We have a team of quality invigilators who keep a keen check on the whole production process. The quality tests at our premises are conducted on the following parameters:

  • Tensile strength test
  • Specific gravity test
  • Viscosity test
  • Elongation test
  • Ash content verifications

At our production line used tires are the only ingredient in recycled rubber mulch. However, certain tire types are better for mulch production than others. Tires pass through a machine that strips the sidewalls off. These pieces contain metal that is not useful in the mulch. Some of this metal recycles again into different usable products. A shredding machine with sharp blades slices the tires into small pieces. Tire pieces pass through several cleaning screens including a heavy-duty vacuum apparatus to ensure the removal of all polyester. Above all, we wish to avoid having a dissatisfied customer. We consider our customers a part of our organization, and we want them to feel free to make any criticism they see fit in regard to our merchandise or service.
